When purchasing credits or a plan, use the same email address you used to create your Celiums account. Stripe matches your payment to your account by email. If the emails don't match, credits cannot be applied to your account.

What counts as a request?
Each MCP tool call (forage, absorb, synthesize, etc.) counts as one request. Account tools are always free.
When do limits reset?
Daily at midnight UTC.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanent — 50 requests/day forever. No credit card required.
How do I get support?
Pro and Network subscribers: email [email protected] from your registered email. Free plan users: use absorb("celiums-docs") for self-service help.
Why must I use the same email for Stripe?
Credits and plan upgrades are matched to your account by email. If you pay with a different email than your Celiums account, we can't link the payment. Always use your registered email.
